These visits screen for medical concerns that can arise, assess risks for future medical needs and encourage a healthy lifestyle. Blanchfield's Soldier and Patient-Centered Medical Homes offer personalized care with multiple ways to access your care team. From office visits and walk-in services to telephone consults (TCON) and secure messaging to get the care you need. The Urology Clinic supports both men and women's health.
