Refill Pharmacy

How do I request refills?

BACH Pharmacy asks patients to request refills two (2) business days in advance by telephone at 270-798-DRUG (3784). Refills may be picked up at Town Center Pharmacy.

NOTE: When your doctor extends or renews an existing prescription, it is a NEW prescription—even if you have been taking it and there are no changes.

Beginning May 1, 2023, you can activate New Prescription and Renewals through Q-Anywhere. Once Q-Anywhere is activated, it is only available at the Town Center Pharmacy. Use your cellphone to text the words "Get in line" to 855-803-4165 and follow the prompts. You can save time by scanning the QR code below to start your text message. The Pharmacy will process any NEW/RENEWAL prescriptions received in the last 7 days and send you a text when they are ready for pickup. Filled prescriptions are held for 10 calendar days. REFILLS cannot be requested through Q-Anywhere at this time. Reminder: ePXs are not automatically processed when received. The patient must contact the pharmacy in person or via Q-Anywhere to activate the eRX.

The Town Center Pharmacy is a full-service pharmacy for new prescriptions from military or civilian providers. It is also the pickup location for all refill requests.

NOTE: To ensure all prescriptions may be filled, the last ticket will be given 15 minutes prior to closing.
