The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

Head & Neck Surgery - Ear, Nose & Throat

The Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic (Otolaryngology services) treats Soldiers, Retirees and their Family members for diverse problems involving the head and neck. ENT treats children and adults for ear infections, hearing loss, sinus disease, surgical thyroid disorders, snoring and sleep apnea, nasal obstruction, recurrent tonsillitis, neck masses and cancer of the head and neck. Patients with these concerns or other problems with the head and neck should see their primary care provider for consideration of an ENT referral. After a referral is received, the clinic will contact the patient using phone numbers listed in the medical record to schedule an appointment. If the referral is redirected to a TRICARE network
