Byrd Soldier Medical Home
The Specialist Jordan M. Byrd Army Medical Home staff members provide primary medical care services to the Soldiers of 101st Combat Aviation Brigade, 101st Sustainment Brigade & Tenant Units on three separate teams, Team Lifeliner, Team Wings of Destiny, and Team Glory. In addition, Byrd Army Medical Home provides primary care to approximately 5,000 Active Duty Family Members and Retirees.
Byrd Army Medical Home offers seven Ancillary Services and is home to the Atkins Dental Clinic. On-site ancillary services are open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for Active Duty personnel include Optometry, Audiology, Physical Therapy, Radiology, Laboratory, Medical Records, and Pharmacy services.

Immunizations
All Soldier Centered Medical Homes, including Byrd, LaPointe and Campbell Army Airfield, offer immunizations for active duty Soldiers. Immunizations offered include: HPV, Shingles, tuberculosis, pneumonia, measles, mumps, rubella, Anthrax, hepatitis A and B, diphtheria, tetanus and whooping cough, meningitides, and polio. Soldiers may schedule an appointment to receive their immunizations via the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal or BACH’s Appointment line at 270-798-4677 or 931-431-4677.
