The Pharmacy refill phone system is back online and working. Options patients can use to refill their medications during this outage include:

1) Visit the pharmacy in person.

2) Call 270-798-8075. Patients may need to leave a voicemail due to high call volume.

Q-Anywhere allows you to text via your cellphone to activate the
filling of new and renewal medications.

Patient Advocate 

Patient advocates advise and help you with problems or concerns at this facility. Our mission is to support Soldiers and their Families through high quality, safe, accessible health care; while relentlessly pursuing improvement, providing outstanding service, leveraging innovative technology and developing the next generation of Army health care leaders.

We are confident that Blanchfield Army Community Hospital personnel will treat you with kindness, dignity and respect. We welcome your feedback on your experience to ensure we are not only meeting, but also exceeding your expectations. While utilizing our services, if you would like to speak to someone directly about your visit, please ask to speak to the clinic leadership or one of Blanchfield's Patient Advocates. In addition, you can provide feedback through our Joint Outpatient Experience Survey (JOES) or the TRICARE Inpatient Satisfaction Survey (TRISS), which will come through the mail (or potentially email) in the weeks following your visit.

Beneficiary Counseling and Assistance Coordinator (BCAC) 

BCACs educate and help you with TRICARE-related inquiries. 

Beneficiary Counseling and Assistance Coordinators educate beneficiaries and provide a thorough understanding of TRICARE. For any questions concerning benefits, BCACs are available to answer questions and help solve TRICARE-related problems.

Your call to 270-798-8421 will be directed to one of BACH's Beneficiary Counseling and Assistance Coordinators at the Referral Management Office.

Debt Collection Assistance Officer (DCAO) 

DCAOs help with resolving debt collections due to unpaid TRICARE claims. The debt must be in collections or listed on your credit report. Please call BACH's Referral Management Center at 270-798-8421 if you need further assistance with TRICARE programs or unpaid TRICARE claims. 

Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) 

ICE is a web-based tool that collects your feedback on services at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital and its outlying clinical services.
