Fort Campbell Armed Forces Wellness Center

Blanchfield Army Community Hospital offers an Armed Forces Wellness Center to provide integrated and standardize primary prevention programs and services that promote enhanced and sustained healthy lifestyles to improve the overall wellbeing of Soldiers and Family members. All services are free.

Who is Eligible:

• U.S. Army Soldier
• Family Member
• Retiree
• DOD/DA Civilian

Body Composition Testing:

• Offers fat-to-fat free measurements (tool for current health status and follow ups for tracking progress)
• AFWC Pre-Test Requirements

Metabolic Analysis:

Use of metabolic testing that synchronizes an individual's resting metabolic rate to provide tailored strategies for weight loss, gain or maintenance 

Fitness Testing:

• Using state-of-the-art equipment, physical fitness level is assessed and used to create an individualized exercise prescription 

Stress Management:

• Education in biofeedback and stress relief techniques and positive coping skill

General Wellness Education:

• Classes on sleep, activity, nutrition and healthy living
