Screaming Eagle Medical Home

The Screaming Eagle Medical Home is a Family practice-based clinic which provides care to active duty Family members enrolled in TRICARE Prime. This community-based medical home operates on the patient-centered medical home model, a healthcare approach that provides care more effectively. Patients receiving care within the Screaming Eagle Medical Home will be placed on one of three teams. This team-based medical home model will enable better access and high quality primary care.

An OB referral is no longer required for pregnancy. If you have had a positive home pregnancy test, you must present to the BACH Women’s Heath Clinic (3rd floor of building A) between 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. to complete a pregnancy risk assessment questionnaire. Once completed, an appointment will be scheduled.
