Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Inpatient Behavioral Health

​The inpatient behavioral unit is a 12-bed inpatient ward. It serves adult patients, primarily active duty, who require acute psychiatric admissions for stabilization. Command teams and Family are able to visit, participate in discharge planning, and receive frequent updates through regular and ongoing communication with the treatment team caring for their Soldier.
